I feel like its possible to be able to run it all full speed if you train
your endurance. Ive done it before and I died down a bit but still got
first. Or should I still try this? Hmm
is this about being first or keeping pace?

@heymanwhatsup96 Thank you. wanted to know if I was a failure or not. I see
that I have no conditions. anyway I would like to know if you compete at
the state or something? 53 seconds is good for 14 years.
Thnx for the tips… Tomorrow is my school track and field day and I want
to get into 400m! Wish me luck everyone!!
Sorry but your’re wrong. If you are talking about olympic athletes your’re
almost right. But for average middle/high school runners it’s not true. It
isn’t even true for the world record holder usain bolt. 9.58 100m 19.19
200m. I will let you do the math. The difference is slight but it is still
larger. Sorry try again next time.
My average time in my first year of track is around 1:10.
YOU NEVER GIVE IT YOU”RE ALL IN THE 100 METER YOU WILL PASS OUT AND NOT
HAVE ANYTHING LEFT WHEN YOU HIT THE CURVE TO CROSS THE FINISH LINE
Man this will reallly help me become better and stronger
For indoor? That’s rough. California is a really big talent filled state so
all the qualifications are probably lower then they are in Illinois.
Illinois is a pretty big state too, but California is pretty well-rounded
in every sport so everything is a little harder and more competitive then
it is here.
Actually I was the best 400 runner on my team. And im not trying to be
funny your just stupid cuz you said not to give it all in the 100??
got a meet tomorrow and want to make sure I do pretty well
Haha I’m 12 and I need to run this for Tommorow relay
i usually run it in like 1:30 haa fail
I always get more than 1 1/2 minutes. Is that good or bad?
